If you are one of our HMO members and want to take advantage of your discount online, of if you can't find your pet prescription in our pet pharmacy, just fill out our Rx Request Form and you can submit your prescription request right online. If you are one of our HMO MEMBERS, be sure to note your policy expiration date in the "Comments" section as you check out online to receive your discount.
